-

Pictured are Jo Sobool, Carolyn Sugden, Gwenn Campbell, Diana Atkinson, Merle Hein, Valerie Hirt-Weedon and Jean Mcfarlane. responsibility to act in a manner that protects rather than oppresses, and until children are raised to embrace love and care of others, we will continue to have these sorts of incidents come to light – on both sides of the border (for this is a universal problem).

I applaud these brave women coming forward. Perhaps their courageous actions will be a catalyst for much-needed change that will prevent future hateful, self-centered pukes from putting their hands and words where they are not welcome and don’t belong! Tina Stasuik Penticton

M is for Manipulative: characterized by unscrupulous control of a situation or person. Simply put: “he’s a liar, a bully, a hypocrite and has a penchant for minimalizing people.”

P is for Pontification: to assume pompous and dignified airs, issue dogmatic decrees. Simply put: “he is so full of himself that he thinks he’s Godlike and can do no wrong!”
