Four Warriors selected to all-star and all-rookie teams

The BC Hockey League announced its all-rookie and allstar teams which featured four Warriors players — Felix Caron, Cal Hughes, Isaiah Norlin and Jack Pridham. Defenceman Norlin was named to the first all-star team and forward Caron to the second all-star team with Hughes and Pridham finding spots on the all-rookie team. Caron finished the regular season as the league’s third highest point getter, collecting 31 goals and 38 assists for 69 points while playing in each of the Warriors 54 regular season games. A Terrebonne, Que., product, Caron posted five goals and six points in the first-round playoff series against the Cranbrook Bucks. Norlin, a Clarkson University (Potsdam, New York) commit, led all blueliners in scoring this season, with 12 goals and 36 assists in his third season with West Kelowna. The Minneapoli­s native led all defenders in playoff scoring in the opening round with seven assists. Pridham and Hughes, both heading to Boston University after their junior hockey careers conclude, join the all-rookie team after terrific campaigns. Pridham posted 23 goals and 25 assists in 54 games while amassing five goals and eight points in five playoff games. Hughes had an identical 23 goals this season with 42 points in 54 games played and registered three goals and eight points in his first five playoff games.
