Plaid team takes first at annual Ranchman’s rodeo

The Swift Current Agricultural and Exhibition Association and the barns at Kinetic Park were busy at the annual Ranchman’s & Junior Stockman’s Show September 29-30.

Whether you were from the city or the country – here was an opportunity to witness and be a part our Western heritage through ranching events, Livestock events and good old fashioned country fun. All who attended had an opportunity to witness traditional ranching and farming community life as it was in the past, and continues to be practised today - a true celebration of our Western Culture the Weekend featured,

Heavy Horse, Stock Dogs, Livestock Pen show and Junior Stockmans Show.

A huge thank you goes out to all the sponsors, volunteers and participants. Be sure to take a look at the list winning local cowgirl and cowboys.
