- CONTRIBUTED

The Drug Strategy Action Committee along with Buffalo Brew Pub, City Wide Cabs, Original Joe’s and Lucky Charlie’s is launching a Safe Ride Home Campaign on Nov. 30 and Saturday, Dec 1.

These dates are in conjunction with National Addictions Awareness Week.

They share a common goal in our desire to ensure the safety of patrons and the general public through participation in initiatives that increase awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving, encourage responsible behaviors and reduce potential risks by promoting a safe ride home.

This year, the Safe Ride Home program is providing free cab fares from City Wide Cabs to and from Buffalo Brew Pub, Original Joe’s and Lucky Charlie’s on Thursday, November 29 and Friday the 30th as well as Saturday Dec 1st during the hours of 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.

If you would like any information on this program, please contact dsacswiftcurrent@gmail.com to arrange to speak with oa member directly.
