There are good reasons to be angry with gov’t

- DALE FERREL

There are so many reasons we should be superfluously rendered to anger!

Government hegemony coupled with their plaudits toward big business are too often far from serving the people they represent.

1. Saudi Arabia is a horrendous, ruthless brutal regime, that operates in a fashion that “should” bring the retaliation of the entire world down on their vicious motives. Any human being that dares to challenge their power has punishment in various degrees including being immediately thrown into custody, tormented, lashed and beheaded.

In spite of this, our federal government and the occupants of Quebec and Ontario are awry from any wherewithal as they continue to deal with them. They should immediately stop importing their oil and shipping armoured heavily gunned weaponry to them! Be angry!

2.Our federal government continues to break almost every promise they initially made to get elected. Their promised balanced budget is now at a $15 billion deficit!

Their so called $3 billion dollar surplus from their almost $3 billion dollar Carbon Tax grab is now spewed everywhere in an effort to bribe voters in the upcoming election. Their incompetence has driven away $100 billion in business investments; or $2,600 for every Canadian. Be angry!

3. Further, $100 billion worth of business was driven away causing an irrevocable trickle down of millions of dollars lost to landowners and municipalities as oil companies went bust and walked away from taxes owed or properly restoring well sites. That said; provincial governments must create regulations, that almost every other business must abide by to ensure there are refundable deposits up front to provide for these expenses. Be angry!

4. Trudeau’s fiefdom continues to bleed millions of unnecessary dollars due to his mess with his universality for all immigration issues as identified in the latest Auditor General’s report. Not just an anti-dotally irrevocable, inspiration — but one with no thought of how to deal with the aftermath!

The immigration board now has an 800,000 case backlog, with no plan to provide for the people caught in it for three years; other than to dump the problem on provinces. And security risks remain abound! Be angry!

5. Exhibiting a definite, premeditated motivation to deprive veterans of even the basics, and negate long overdue assistance, federal Liberals have blown through five different Ministers of Veteran’s Affairs in less than four years.

They haven’t exhibited the slightest resentment for their motives. And they just spent our good money on an ad to celebrate the D Day landings in Europe by featuring a clip of the German military, our significant enemies, in action! I can think of no possible contribution, that could draw more resentment than that terrible blunder! Be angry!

6. The Auditor General’s report also noted a less than fervent remark concerning the serious lack of preparation and emergency planning by Trudeau’s bureaucracy. Leaves one to wonder about the competence of his largely patronage appointed boys and girls. Again, it appears that any forethought they could have mustered is pathetically null and void.

One could logically determine that a major part of the problem was the total meltdown of Trudeau’s call centres. Half of 16 billion Canadians seeking help and advice couldn’t make contact with a human being. Their lack of tolerance and despair was overwhelming.

Any possible plan to correct the issue for the multitudes can only be a far distant glimmer in the future. Be angry!
