The Resilience Advantage - Strategies for Managing Stress in Challengin­g Times is being facilitate­d by Alberta Health Services. The workshop will discuss stress response, identifyin­g warning signs, how to make an action plan, how emotions impact the body, brain and overall health, and breathing techniques. The Brooks Gun Show will be taking place at the JBS Canada Centre and will feature a display of guns, knives, shooting supplies, collector items, items for archery, fishing supplies, custom handmade cabinets, wild game jerky and much more.
