Learn to play Mahjong at the Swift Current Branch Library every Wednesday morning at 10:15 am. The game is played with a set of 144 tiles based on Chinese characters and symbols and is very similar to the card game rummy. The TD SUMMER READING PROGRAM has arrived at the Swift Current Branch Library! Join us for the opening party on July 6 at 1 pm. We will be kicking off the summer with the Sask Science Centre for a couple of fun-filled hours! Sign up early as space is limited.While in the library pick up your reading logs for our annual Summer Reading Contest beginning on July 2. Reading logs need to be finished and returned by August 27. Each finished and returned log sheet earns you a ballot to play the Candy Guessing Game! For 5 weeks this summer we will be running three programs for kids: • Join Maker Kid’s Space (ages 9-12) on Mondays at 2pm.
