AFGA seeking sponsors/donors for conservation conference

As the Alberta Fish and Game Association’s 2024 Conservation Conference in Medicine Hat approaches, the Medicine Hat group are looking for organizations to partner with us through the various sponsorship opportunities throughout the event.

Our annual conference brings together delegates from across the province to learn about issues and projects impacting Alberta’s fish, wildlife, and habitat. Conference sponsors are essential to keeping the conference affordable for attendees and are a great way for organizations to show their support for Alberta’s conservation industry and the province’s stunning natural resources.

If you know an organization that you think would be a good fit for the AFGA’s Conservation Conference, please either direct them to our sponsorship registration page or have them reach out to communications@ afga.org. Conference sponsors will be recognized throughout the conference in addition to having their logo placed on the conference section of AFGA the website. Sponsors will also be recognized in conference communications leading up to the conference.

In addition to conference sponsorship, the AFGA is also seeking donations for the silent auction on Friday, February 23, 2024. All donors will receive credit during the auction with their name and logos accompanying their gifts. If you, or an organization you know, are interested in donating an item to our silent auction, please contact communications@afga.org.

Lastly, there are still booths available for our tradeshow on the opening night, Thursday, February 22, 2024. Tradebooths are a great way for organizations to interact with our attendees and increase their exposure to outdoorspeople from across the province.
