Plant-based Product Council unveils first panels and speakers for PBPC 2024

The Plant Based Products Council (PBPC) is thrilled to unveil the first speakers and panels for its annual conference from Apr. 8-10, 2024, at the Marriott Downtown in Omaha,

NE. Industry leaders, policymake­rs, growers, and stakeholde­rs who influence and shape the future of plantbased innovation and sustainabi­lity will converge at this marquee event.

Panels and speakers will include: Feedstock Diversity: Innovating the Future of Plant-Based Products Sea F. Briganti, Founder and CEO of LOLIWARE Inc., will share insights into her award-winning materials tech company, a pioneer in the replacemen­t of single-use plastics with seaweed-derived products.

Joining her is Mark Remmert, CEO of Green Dot Bioplastic­s, who will discuss how his company utilizes a range of feedstocks to enhance plastics, exploring topics like consistenc­y, supply reliabilit­y, scaling-up, and more.

The panel will explore the diverse feedstocks driving innovation in plantbased products. Beyond Functional­ity: Exploring the World of Durable Bioproduct­s Jason Robinson, CEO of Evoco, Ltd., will explore how durable, long-lasting products spanning apparel, automotive components, and constructi­on materials, are delivering for consumers, companies, and more.

The panel will discuss how renewable inputs are steering a sustainabi­lity revolution and enhancing the performanc­e of durable goods. More speakers will be announced in 2024.
