he steak fry has different cattle breed associations including Alberta Angus, Alberta Charlois, Alberta Gelbvieh, Alberta Limousin, Alberta Simmental and Alberta Beef Producers with booths where patrons could come along and try a piece of freshly cooked steak from their association. Here, the Alberta Hereford Association had a massive line up.
