The Kinsmen Club of Coaldale is excited to announce the winners of their annual Kinsmen Harley Raffle and Kin Win 50/50 jackpot. This year’s raffle and jackpot raised funds for various Community projects including the revitalization of the Town of Coaldale All Wheel Skate Park. The winners were announced on December 31st, 2023.

Leonard Ferguson from Grand Prairie, Alberta was the lucky winner of the Harley Raffle, taking home a $50,000 shopping spree or $40,000 cash. “I can’t believe I won! This is such an amazing prize and I’m so grateful to the Kinsmen Club for this opportunity,” said Ferguson. Ferguson has chosen the cash prize.

In addition, Reynaldo Robles from Coaldale, Alberta won a whopping $208,857.50 in the Kin Win 50/50 Raffle jackpot of $417,715. “I never thought I would win something like this. It’s truly life changing and I’m so thankful to the Kinsmen Club for this incredible prize,” said Robles.

The Kinsmen Club of Coaldale would like to extend their appreciation to their major sponsors, Badlands Harley Davidson, Prairie Sky RV, Precision Powersports, and College Ford Lincoln, for their generous support. Without their contributions, the raffle and jackpot would not have been possible. “We are so grateful for the support of our sponsors and the community. The funds raised from the ticket purchases will go towards what the Kinsmen do best by ‘serving the community’s greatest need,’ allowing Kinsmen to continue making a positive impact in and around Coaldale,” said Jack Van Rijn, Harley Raffle Chairman.

The Coaldale Kinsmen Club pledged $400,000 for the revitalization of the current All Wheel Skate Park, a commitment that has been matched by the Town of Coaldale. This project will provide a safe and enjoyable space for the youth in the community to gather and play.

The Kinsmen Club would like to congratulate the winners and thank all ticket buyers for their participation and support. “We are thrilled to see the excitement and joy on the faces of our winners, and we are grateful to everyone who purchased a ticket. Your support allows us to continue serving our community and making a difference,” said Van Rijn.
