Roots rocker Leeroy Stagger is bringing a pared down version of his show with The Rebeltone Sound to the Empress Theatre with his Campfire Diaries tour on Friday, Sept. 21 at 7:30 p.m.

Stagger, who fuses roots, rock and pop music, is widely considered one of Canada’s best contemporary singer/songwriters. Since first making his mark on the Canadian independent music scene in the early 2000s, Stagger has toured the world, both on his own and with the likes of Steve Earle, Pixies, Modest Mouse and Evan Dando. In April 2017, Lethbridge-based Stagger added to his large body of work with the release of his eleventh album, Love Versus. His songs have appeared in such television shows as Grey’s Anatomy and Sons of Anarchy.

Tickets to see Leeroy Stagger and The Rebeltone Sound are only $28 and available at MacleodEmpress.com or by calling 403-553-4404.
