Coaldale welcomes Alberta AG Centre into rapidly expanding business community
The Town of Coaldale is thrilled to welcome Alberta AG Centre to its rapidly expanding business community. Alberta AG Centre is a growing enterprise that offers a lineup of technologically innovative agricultural equipment along with other product lines to provide growers optimum performance in the field and meet the demands of Alberta farmers.
“We’ve been operating in Alberta since 2016 and now have five locations across the province,” said Jason Wilson, President & CEO of AB AG Centre. “We strategically decided to locate one of our branches in Coaldale to position ourselves for future growth in southern Alberta with the addition of Medicine Hat in early 2021. Coaldale has lots to offer our business including low commercial tax rates and access to two major highways.”
Each store features a full stock of parts, a knowledgeable sales team and a complement of skilled technicians.
“Part of the reason we moved to Coaldale was the labour pool; many of our employees live in Coaldale or Lethbridge,” said Wilson. “We anticipate that the employment pool will double over the next 5-10 years, so we’ll be looking for people to join our team in every department, including trades, sales, and administration.”
