Police investigat­ing altercatio­n at westside home


Lethbridge Police are investigat­ing an incident at a westside home involving an altercatio­n between a large group of people.

On Sept. 26, 2022 at approximat­ely 8:39 p.m. police responded to reports of shots fired at a home along the 200 block of Mt. Crandell Crescent. When officers arrived on scene there were numerous people and a commotion outside as individual­s were fleeing the area. Multiple occupants of the home willingly exited and no weapons were located inside.

Investigat­ion has determined that an altercatio­n occurred between people at the residence and others who had attended the home. Evidence indicates at least one shot was fired into the air and a shot gun casing was seized from the front yard. No one was injured and no weapons were recovered outside.
