SAAG Social returns to the Southern Alberta Art Gallery Nov. 3
The Southern Alberta Art Gallery Maansiksikaitsitapiitsinikssin is excited to welcome the community to the second annual SAAG Social, an evening of food, drinks, entertainment, and much more on Thursday, November 3.
“As a gathering for creative communities, SAAG Social is a fun and casual way to connect with each other for a night of revelry while raising much needed funds for the Gallery,” says Su Ying Strang, SAAG Executive Director.
This year’s event features the return of the Owl Acoustic Lounge poutine bar, ice cream samples from Milkman Milk Bar, Flamingo Floss cotton candy courtesy Urban Studio Interior Design, beverages from Last Best Brewing and Distilling, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle and more!
Tickets are $20 for SAAG members and $45 for non-members (includes a one-year SAAG membership). Tickets are available here for members, here for non-members and at the Gallery.
The Southern Alberta Art Gallery Maansiksikaitsitapiitsinikssin fosters the work of contemporary artists who challenge boundaries. We encourage broad public engagement and promote awareness and exploration of artistic expression. Our work extends to local, national, and international communities. We honour and acknowledge the Siksikaitsitapi peoples that have resided and cared for these lands since time immemorial. We recognize that these lands are home to many Indigenous peoples, including the Métis Nation of Alberta Region 3.
