Starting Sept. 29, farm and industry leaders can register for CrossRoads — Alberta’s Crop Conference and take advantage of early bird pricing. CrossRoads, brought to you by the FarmTech Foundation of Alberta, is excited to host 700 participants in Edmonton, Alberta, over January 24 and 25, 2023, for a riveting conference focused on current policy issues affecting the farm gate, sustainability, and farm management.

Early bird pricing of $450 for a two-day conference pass is in effect now until Nov. 1, at crossroadscropconference.ca.

With registration limited to 700 of western Canada’s farm and industry leaders, tickets are sure to sell quickly.

Over two days, CrossRoads will feature keynote speakers Vance Crowe, a communications expert, podcast host and former lead spokesperson for Monsanto, and Chris Koch, an Alberta farm boy turned motivational speaker sure to challenge and inspire conference attendees.

The conference will also include 15 concurrent sessions covering hot-button topics and financial management advice that will inspire and equip today’s farmers to navigate the current agriculture industry.

“Before action comes inspiration,” says farmer and conference chair Todd Hames. “We hope that through the carefully curated conference lineup and with the smaller scale of the event, farmers will have important conversations about critical issues facing their operations, and that our industry will be stronger as a result.” Sponsorship opportunities are limited. Interested organizations should not hesitate to contact info@crossroadscropconference.ca for valuable sponsorship information and to start receiving recognition leading up to the conference.

The FarmTech Foundation of Alberta is a working collaboration by four of Alberta’s crop commissions — Alberta Barley, Alberta Canola, Alberta Pulse Growers, and the Alberta Wheat Commission. Following a longstanding history of successful events under FarmTech’s legacy, CrossRoads is proud to take its place as the premier agriculture conference in Western Canada.
