Nanton’s Cole Blades is able to lift and get his calf down on tie-down roping during the Sept. 24 edition of the Alberta High School Rodeo Associatio­n’s event in Foremost. The three day event attracted participan­ts from western Canada. (right) Blades then neatly ties up his calf. He did well in the event.
