Douglas Eves

Douglas, from Milk River, joined the army in Calgary at Currie Barracks and served under Major Graham until he was transferred to Lethbridge to the internment camp. He was a first-class butcher and cut meat for the 10,000 German prisoners. Due to illness at home he retired from service in 1945.
