F/L William Sabey Harker

F/L William S. Harker C.D. native of Magrath enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1942. Trained as a pilot in Alberta, he was sent overseas to 433 Porcupine Squadron. He flew Lancaster Bombers over enemy territory for three years. Bill continued peace time service until retirement in 1970. He was the recipient of several medals.
