Walter Duncombe

Walter Duncombe from Raymond served as a private in the Royal Canadian Regiment from 1942 to 1945. After training in Camrose and Quebec, he served in England and fought in the North African and Italian campaigns. After being wounded in the hand, he spent a year in an Italian hospital before being sent to Toronto and the Colonel Belcher hospital in Calgary.
