Notice of public hearing for a Diamond City bylaw

Public Hearings will start at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 1 at the Lethbridge County Council Chambers (#100, 9054 Avenue South, Lethbridge) or watch online at https://lethcounty.ca/p/ council-meetings

Bylaw 22-015 will consider the closure of a portion of laneway located between Clark Avenue and McKechney Avenue within the Hamlet of Diamond City. The intent of the road closure would be to close that portion of laneway and consolidate it to the lots to the south being Lots 21 and 20 (159 and 163 Clark Avenue), as shown on the sketch.

Input can be given on the proposed bylaw at the Public Hearing on December 1, 2022 at 10 am. Anyone wishing to provide written comments is encouraged to contact the County by 4:30pm on November 23, 2022.
