Pink cheers child who’s feeling blue
Sweet little incident at Pink’s Philadelphia show last Sunday: She stopped mid-song because a tyke in the audience was crying, the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.
Pink, whose own daughter Willow Sage is almost two, chastised the fans responsible: “You all are fighting around a little girl? … Cut it out. You all are grown-ass women. Go get a pizza …”
But when other fans booed the combatants, she said, “That’s cool. I know. Everyone’s about to fight. I know, I’m from here.”
Then she passed the weepy kid a toy and a snack: “Honey, do you want this frog? Will this frog and this Rice Krispies treat make you feel better?” They did. And they all lived happily ever after. He’s renting all 78 rooms of Sugar Beach Resort on St. Lucia, the mag says, for one unspecified weekend next month. What with flying friends in and all, this shindig will cost him $1 million. Guests will include George Clooney/Stacy Keibler, Ben Affleck/Jennifer Garner, etc. Word out on wedding: Adele will marry her baby-daddy Simon Konecki this summer or fall, says Us Weekly. This was supposed to be secret — Adele tries to keep family stuff private — but the news is out, apparently: no denials so far.
The wedding will be at their home in Brighton, on England’s south coast. They live there to be close to Simon’s fiveyear-old daughter from a previous marriage. “Adele is very close to her,” One Who Knows told the mag.
She’s 24. He’s 38. Their baby, Angelo, is five months.
