Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

In tonight’s new episode, Who You Really Are, Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team help an amnesic Lady Sif (guest star Jaimie Alexander) and are alarmed by the intentions of the enemy at the root of her memory loss. Bobbi and Mack (Adrianne Palicki, Henry Simmons) continue to be secretive about their real agenda. Roxann Dawson (Star Trek: Voyager) directed the story. (ABC, CTV)

Chicago Fire

Warren Christie (Motive) joins the cast as a “guest star” in the new episode Forgive You Anything. He plays a friend of Severide (Taylor Kinney), who tries to get Chief Boden (Eamonn Walker) to add him to the Firehouse 51 crew. Casey and Otis (Jesse Spencer, Yuri Sardarov) aren’t wild about the idea. Brett and Dawson (Kara Killmer, Monica Raymund) have a night on the town. (NBC, Global)

Hell’s Kitchen

Food from the sea plays a big role in the new episode 17 Chefs Compete, as the contenders have to acquire crabs straight from the ocean, then prepare crab cakes recipes. Ten dishes form the goal for each team, with the winning squad getting horseback rides and dinner in Scottsdale, Ariz. Seafood continues to be a troublesom­e factor for the losers, causing Gordon Ramsay to boot someone from the contest. (Fox, City)

Thinking he’s found a kindred spirit in his school’s only other Chinese student (guest star Albert Tsai), Eddie (Hudson Yang) is in for disappoint­ment in the new episode Phillip Goldstein. Despite their shared heritage, the youngsters turn out to have little in common. When Mitch (guest star Paul Scheer) goes to work at a competing restaurant, Louis (Randall Park) feels he’s been handed the worst possible form of betrayal. (ABC)
