The Regina Christian Women’s luncheon connection event will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Executive Royal Hotel, 4025 Albert St.

Beverley McDougald will give tips for staying in shape, soloist Magdalena Widjaja will perform and Vera Fontaine will speak about adoption.
