Senior Power will meet at the Cathedral Neighbourh­ood Centre, 2900 13th Ave., on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Raymond Blake will speak on “Being a Canadian.”

The White City Garden Club meets at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Emerald Park Ramada Hotel. The topic is vertical gardening with climbers and vines with Gwen Bokmayer. Admission costs $5 for visitors.

Heritage United Church, 1050 N. Arnason Street, is holding its 29th annual Fall Supper on Oct. 13, with sittings at 5 or 6:30 p.m. Admission costs $20 for adults, $10 for kids aged 4-10, or a donation for those under four years. All Saints Church, 142 Massey Rd., holds its annual turkey supper at 5 p.m. on Oct. 13. Advance tickets only: Adults $20, students $10, children $5, preschoole­rs free. Building is wheelchair accessible.

Saskatchew­an Health Authority Regina and Area offers free public informatio­n sessions on how to make one’s own living wills on Oct. 16 at the Wascana Rehabilita­tion Centre. Session runs from 6-8 p.m. in meeting room 5. Call 306-7665922 to register.

The Prairie Artists Guild’s Harvest of Art Show & Sale will be held Oct. 12-14 at the Executive Royal Hotel, 4025 Albert Street South. Hours are 1-9 p.m. on Friday (meet the artists from 7-9 p.m.) and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Santa Maria, 4215 Regina Ave., holds a fall bazaar and rummage sale, Oct. 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
