Actress Remini critical of Beck

Actress and former scientologist Leah Remini is calling out Grammy-winner Beck for how he denounced the organization. “He’s acting like he was never a scientologist, which is his way of not publicly speaking out and therefore not getting labelled like us and attacked like us,” Remini said in her podcast for the anti-scientology website The Underground Bunker last week. Beck told The Sydney Morning Herald Nov. 22 there’s a misconception about him being involved with the group, having since left it. The two were each raised as scientologists.
