ARTS HAPPENINGS IN REGINA, DEC. 26-JAN. 1

■ Down Home Boys and Terraplane play blues-rock at The Exchange tonight. The doors open at 7:30 p.m. The cover is $10.

■ Wonderland is playing cover tunes at Revival Music Room tonight after 7 p.m.

■ The Won’ts, Chris Sleighthol­m and Good Friend are playing at The Cure tonight at 9 p.m.

■ Like Rah Rah’s reunion/retirement wasn’t enough — Regina band Polymaths returns from 2008 to perform at O’hanlon’s tonight along with These Estates. Music starts at 10 p.m.

■ Band Swap! Hear 35 local musicians perform in seven totally new bands, which they formed the night before. Also, they’re playing some excellent cover songs and mash-ups. Plus, it’s a fundraiser for Carmichael Outreach and Girls Rock Regina. That happens Friday at the Exchange. Music starts at 9 p.m. Tickets are $20.

■ J.J. Voss is playing country music at Revival Music Room on Friday, 9 p.m. $15 cover.

■ Son Howler plays bluesy rock music at O’hanlon’s on Friday, 11 p.m.

■ Harvest Prince Round 2 features a bunch of bands at The Exchange on Saturday, 7 p.m. Hear Surf Dads, Failed States, Grovner, Phrozen, Hoodoo, Flash Back, Hit the Streets, Oiseaux, and Exelerator. Tickets are $20.

■ The Regina Jazz Society presents the Saskatchew­an Suite in concert, featuring a big big band of musicians with Saskatchew­an ties. That’s Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Casino Regina Show Lounge.

■ Keiran Semple, Keiffer Mclean and the Curiosity Club, and Lord Byrun are playing at Shannon’s on Saturday, 9 p.m.

■ The Globe Theatre’s holiday production is a refreshing retelling of Cinderella.

■ Rah Rah is playing for the first time since 2016, and for the last time maybe ever, in two shows at The Exchange — which are already sold out.

■ There’s a Revenge of the ’80s party on New Year’s Eve at the Casino Regina Show Lounge, starting at 8 p.m.

■ Charly Hustle is Djing at O’hanlon’s on New Year’s Eve starting at 9 p.m.

■ DJS Thrashtalk and Fatbot are Djing at The Cure on New Year’s Eve starting at 9 p.m.
