Saskatchewan posts list of flights where passengers had COVID-19
SASKATOON The Government of Saskatchewan has posted a list of 14 flights that carried passengers who have since tested positive for COVID-19 in the province.
All but two of the flights listed, which range from March 5 to March 19, also cite rows that are expected to have been affected by the person who tested positive.
The post on the province’s website asks those affected to self-isolate and self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days.
Saskatchewan’s chief medical health officer, Dr. Saqib Shahab, told reporters Wednesday there may be a lag in adding flights to the list and asked those who tested positive and don’t see their flight on the list to contact the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Six of the flights landed at John G. Diefenbaker International Airport in Saskatoon from various locations abroad and within Canada.
