Venom, Bond top box office

Tom Hardy's Venom sequel has shattered pandemic box office records in the U.S. by becoming the first film in more than 18 months to open with over $90 million. Venom: Let There Be Carnage debuted at No. 1. The previous champ was Black Widow, which opened with $80.8 million. Meanwhile, Daniel Craig's final James Bond movie, No Time to Die, made $119 million at the global box office in its opening weekend in 54 territorie­s. It hits North America this week.
