The Government House Historical Society is hosting a Victorian Tea in the ballroom of Government House on May 7 and May 8, with sittings at 1 and 2:30 p.m. each day. Seating is limited. The Vintage & Collectibl­es Sale will be running at the same time. The sale is open on May 7, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and May 8, noon to 3:30 p.m.

The Aurora Art Guild Spring Show and Sale, featuring local artists, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and May 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Terrace Rotunda Innovation Place, 10 Research Dr. Free admission.

St. Peter's Parish is having a drive-thru roast beef supper on May 6, catered by Charlottes. Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased by contacting Patricia 306-530-3075. Pickup is from 5 to 6 p.m. The meal includes roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, four different salads, and dessert.

An online 50/50 Mother's Day raffle is being held by Our Lady of Peace church. Tickets are available at www.ourladyofp­eaceregina­5050.ca. The prize is half of sales to a maximum of $2,500. Closing competitio­ns for the Regina Music Festival will be held at Darke Hall on May 7. The Mltaikins competitio­n starts at 1:30 p.m. and the Regina Central Lions competitio­n is at 7 p.m. Festival admission is by donation and the public is invited to share in these events. Club 66 Social Club Inc. will hold a Mother's Day dance on May 13 at the Regina Senior Citizens' Centre (RSCC), 2134 Winnipeg St. Dancing from 8 p.m. to midnight, compliment­ary coffee and water. Members $12, guests $14. Full vaccinatio­n is required to enter the centre. Face masks are optional.

The Pearls, a club for single, separated, divorced or widowed women of any age to meet and socialize, will hold its next gathering on May 17. The club meets the third Tuesday of every month either for lunch or dinner. For more informatio­n, call 306-545-8512.
