Proposed building shuffle at Major Mack and Church
An official plan ammendment, zoning bylaw amendment and site plan approval application was submitted to the Town of Richmond Hill on Nov. 5 for the lands at 64 and 72 Major Mackenzie Dr. E. and 115 and 119 Church St. S. The applications seek approval for a six-storey building with 87 units, one semi-detached dwelling on Church Street, retention of an existing single-detached dwelling on Church Street and relocation of an existing single detached dwelling from Major Mackenzie Drive to Church Street. Townhouses sought near Yonge and Crosby
Applicants 1338480 Ontario Ltd. resubmitted a zoning bylaw amendment and site plan approval application to the Town of Richmond Hill on Nov. 5 seeking approval to construct 14 townhouses and two semi-detached dwelling units at 95, 99, 107 and 111 Hunt Ave., near Yonge Street and Crosby Street. The proposed townhouses would front Hunt Avenue, and the semi-detached homes would front Lucas Street.
Rezoning application for Bayview and Elgin Mills
Applicants Sanmike Construction Ltd. resubmitted a proposed official plan application to the Town of Richmond Hill on Nov. 1. The application seeks approval to rezone the lands at 10665 Bayview Ave., near Elgin Mills Road, in order to permit four apartment buildings ranging in height from eight to 10 storeys. The buildings could provide a total of 532 dwelling units. A hearing is scheduled at the Ontario Municipal Board for the application.
