Pro­posed build­ing shuf­fle at Ma­jor Mack and Church

An of­fi­cial plan am­mend­ment, zon­ing by­law amend­ment and site plan ap­proval ap­pli­ca­tion was sub­mit­ted to the Town of Rich­mond Hill on Nov. 5 for the lands at 64 and 72 Ma­jor Macken­zie Dr. E. and 115 and 119 Church St. S. The ap­pli­ca­tions seek ap­proval for a six-storey build­ing with 87 units, one semi-de­tached dwelling on Church Street, re­ten­tion of an ex­ist­ing sin­gle-de­tached dwelling on Church Street and re­lo­ca­tion of an ex­ist­ing sin­gle de­tached dwelling from Ma­jor Macken­zie Drive to Church Street. Com­ments on the cir­cu­la­tion are cur­rently due back.

Town­houses sought near Yonge and Crosby

Ap­pli­cants 1338480 On­tario Ltd. re­sub­mit­ted a zon­ing by­law amend­ment and site plan ap­proval ap­pli­ca­tion to the Town of Rich­mond Hill on Nov. 5 seek­ing ap­proval to con­struct 14 town­houses and two semi-de­tached dwelling units at 95, 99, 107 and 111 Hunt Ave., near Yonge Street and Crosby Street. The pro­posed town­houses would front Hunt Av­enue, and the semi-de­tached homes would front Lu­cas Street.

Re­zon­ing ap­pli­ca­tion for Bayview and El­gin Mills

Ap­pli­cants San­mike Con­struc­tion Ltd. re­sub­mit­ted a pro­posed of­fi­cial plan ap­pli­ca­tion to the Town of Rich­mond Hill on Nov. 1. The ap­pli­ca­tion seeks ap­proval to re­zone the lands at 10665 Bayview Ave., near El­gin Mills Road, in or­der to per­mit four apart­ment build­ings rang­ing in height from eight to 10 storeys. The build­ings could pro­vide a to­tal of 532 dwelling units. A hear­ing is sched­uled at the On­tario Mu­nic­i­pal Board for the ap­pli­ca­tion.
