The Burger’s Priest, lo­cated at 3397 Yonge St., re­ceived a con­di­tional pass fol­low­ing a Feb. 9 in­spec­tion. Of two in­frac­tions ob­served, both were con­sid­ered sig­nif­i­cant in sever­ity. It passed a Feb. 11 rein­spec­tion.

Scullery, lo­cated at 3401 Dufferin St., re­ceived a con­di­tional pass fol­low­ing a Jan. 20 in­spec­tion. Of two in­frac­tions ob­served, both were con­sid­ered sig­nif­i­cant in sever­ity. It passed a Jan. 26 rein­spec­tion.

Fox and Fid­dle, lo­cated at 280 Bloor St. W., re­ceived a con­di­tional pass fol­low­ing a Feb. 10 in­spec­tion. Of five in­frac­tions ob­served, two were con­sid­ered cru­cial, one sig­nif­i­cant and two mi­nor in sever­ity. It passed a Feb. 11 rein­spec­tion.

Kupfert & Kim, lo­cated at 100 King St. W., re­ceived a con­di­tional pass fol­low­ing a Jan. 22 in­spec­tion. Of six in­frac­tions ob­served, two were con­sid­ered cru­cial, three sig­nif­i­cant and one mi­nor in sever­ity. It passed a Jan. 26 rein­spec­tion.
