Get in shape for sum­mer with the grand open­ing of Body Vision fit­ness cen­tre in Rich­mond Hill. There is a new ra­men joint on the block putting you in charge of the way you take your ra­men. Touhen­boku Ra­men’s sys­tem­atized menu, with steps on or­der­ing ra­men, al­lows cus­tomers to cus­tom­ize soup base, sea­son­ing, noo­dle type and pro­tein choice. The sim­ple decor of the din­ing room fea­tures wooden tables with benches, in­stead of chairs, and seats about 30 (1070 Ma­jor Mackenzie Dr. E., 647-873-2208). Spe­cial­iz­ing in Asian-style char­coal bar­be­cue dishes, dim sum and dumplings, Yummy Dumpling & BBQ of­fers seat­ing for up to 30 peo­ple and boasts an ex­ten­sive menu of over 130 dif­fer­ent items. This Chi­nese eatery is slightly hid­den in the Times Square Plaza, so be sure to head up to the sec­ond floor to find it (550 High­way 7 E., Unit 211, 905-5971818). If you’re look­ing for a Chi­nese-style break­fast, Apron Café opens at 7:30 a.m. and of­fers both Cana­dian-style and west­ern Chi­nese–style break­fast.
