Halibut House started over 15 years ago as a fam­ily busi­ness built on hard work, ded­i­ca­tion to qual­ity, and a true love of fish and chips. They've spent years mas­ter­ing their craft, pre­par­ing tra­di­tional fish and chips as it was meant to be served. They wanted to take this “homey” dish and bring it to a nice, clean, and com­fort­able en­vi­ron­ment.

They spe­cial­ize in fresh-cut halibut, skinned and fil­leted in store, served atop home-cut French fries, sourced from lo­cal potato farms. Their fil­lets are lightly bat­tered, giv­ing cus­tomers that sat­is­fy­ing crispy bite, with­out over­whelm­ing the ten­der, juicy fish in­side.

Whether it be for a ca­sual night out or a spe­cial birth­day party, they are the ul­ti­mate hosts, al­ways go­ing the ex­tra mile to make guests happy.
