Jason Inglis’ passion for athletics was evident early on, competing at a high level in a variety of sports from a young age. Over the years, he realized his true calling was to help others, especially when it came to health and fitness. Drawing on his athletic experience and years working at other gyms, Jason developed his industry-leading training programs now on offer at Coach J Fitness. Coach J is a coach, not a trainer. His philosophy is different from other fitness pros. Training is always evolving, based on trends, different trainers and methodologies, whereas with coaching you’re changing someone’s life. A coach can act as a physical or mental therapist, a mentor, and a motivator beyond the basic training routine. The team at Coach J fitness offers monthly membership or session-based options, and tailors their programs to meet the needs of every client. Coach J and his staff are able to address clients’ individual abilities and fitness goals, providing close personal attention within small group settings. This creates a fun and supportive atmosphere that only comes from being part of a team, and allows people who have never had the opportunity to be part of a team that rare second chance.
