C’est Bon

Richmond Hill Post - - Food -

What can customers look forward to on your summer menu? Our location is what’s new this summer!! Over the last month our favourite location at 2685 Yonge Street has recently undergone a major renovation. From the kitchen to the patio, we have a brand new look!

What dish is your restaurant famous for? C’est Bon is best known for its Basil Chicken which is prepared in a homemade sweet soy sauce with garlic, ginger and garden-fresh basil. But our customer favourites are plentiful, dishes such as General Tsao’s Chicken, Crispy Ginger Beef, Seafood Cantonese Chow Mein and of course, the award-winning Sweet & Sour Chicken. Our restaurant is also popular with Vegetarians as we have a wide variety of options on the menu including a braised tofu dish with shitake mushrooms. What has been your proudest moment in business? When I introduced Fried Mars Bar into Toronto, Toronto Star wrote an article on our restaurant and several food establishments approached us to get our recipe. My younger brother at that time was only 10 and he thought I was like a movie star because kids would come up to me on the street thanking me for my invention.
