Richmond Hill Post - - News -

To celebrate cannabis legalization in Canada, many a pot-loving local descended on Trinity Bellwoods Park in the city’s west end to somewhat legally blaze in public for the first time. There to celebrate was a new pop mascot of sorts, a costumed animal character dubbed Tokaroo, carrying a giant joint.
