Chinese takeout for $100K

Richmond Hill Post - - Food -

For more than 55 years, Sea-Hi (3645 Bathurst St.) has been a go-to for Canadian Chinese food. Since 1961, locals have flocked to the resto for dinners of pineapple chicken chop suey, breaded spareribs and sweet and sour chicken balls. They’ve also ordered many a late night helping of the iconic bacon-wrapped chicken sticks (ordered crispy with lemon wedges) for home delivery. Sadly, the time has come for owner Stanley Chui to retire and put the business up for sale. A recent listing on real showed that the 5,000-square-foot restaurant business can be purchased for a mere $100,000. Chui wants the legacy to continue, so he will be available to help ease the transition.
