WINTER 2018: CREATIVE DESTRUCTION

Google’s Project Loon balloons have flown millions of test kilometers around the world, in an effort to learn what it will take to provide internet connectivity to everyone— everywhere. In partnership with telecom companies, Google is enabling people to connect to the balloon network directly from their phones. This is just one of the projects underway at the company’s ‘moonshot factory’, whose mission is to invent and launch technologies that will make the world a radically better place.
