Julie M. Mccarthy is a Pro­fes­sor of Or­ga­ni­za­tional Be­hav­iour & HR Man­age­ment in the Depart­ment of Man­age­ment, Univer­sity of Toronto Scar­bor­ough and holds a cross-ap­point­ment to the OB/HR Man­age­ment area at the Rot­man School of Man­age­ment.
