U18 team wins pair in Quebec
The Saskatchewan U18 baseball team won two games on Friday in Trois-Rivieres, Que.
They beat Manitoba 10-2 in game three of the round robin. Tanner Ring recorded the win with Michael Betteridge getting the save.
Game four saw Saskatchewan beat New Brunswick 5-2.
Bryce Crosbie drove in the winning run in that game. Chase Nistor was the winning pitcher, while Kade Erickson picked up the save.
New Brunswick and Saskatchewan both are 3-1 and currently tied for first.
Saskatchewan will play Nova Scotia on Saturday.
