Chaps the Musical: An oldfashion­ed variety show with a twist. It’s 1944 and American singing cowboy Tex Riley is late for a special broadcast on the BBC in London. Folkfest 2013: Three days of entertainm­ent, food and culture from around the world. With 21 pavilions, including three new ones this year. The three- day event ends at venues throughout Saskatoon.
