Chaps the Musical: An oldfashioned variety show with a twist. It’s 1944 and American singing cowboy Tex Riley is late for a special broadcast on the BBC in London. Out of desperation, producers grab whoever they can and shove them on stage. Runs to Aug. 25 and Aug. 28 to Sept. 1 at The Barn Playhouse. Folkfest 2013: Three days of entertainment, food and culture from around the world. With 21 pavilions, including three new ones this year. The three- day event ends at venues throughout Saskatoon.
