DeLaet on edge of cut
Graham DeLaet will have to wait until Saturday morning to find out if he’s made it into the third round of the PGA Tour’s Northern Trust Open as he sits on the edge of the projected cut after the second round was suspended due to darkness.
DeLaet, a Weyburn native, finished Thursday’s opening round tied for 35th at oneunder 70, but a 73 in the second round has him tied for 69th at one-over 143.
The projected cut for the third round is one over par, but that was subject to change as of Saturday morning.
The third round plays Saturday with the conclusion set for Sunday in Pacific Pallisades, CA.
