Bears pick DE Garrett No. 1 in NFL draft

There was no surprise at the top of the NFL draft as Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett was selected first overall by the Cleveland Browns in Philadelphia on Thursday. But the Chicago Bears shocked everyone by trading up to pick North Carolina quarterback Mitchell Trubisky with the No. 2 pick. The Bears gave the San Francisco 49ers the No. 3 selection and other picks in this and next year’s draft.
