LOTTERY SHOW HOME ON THE LAKE
Kinsmen grand prize is furnished and professionally landscaped
For this year’s Kinsmen Home Lotto grand prize show home, the lottery is headed to the lake, right here in Saskatoon.
The $1.1-million show home sits on Pringle Cove and backs onto the lake.
In fact, the winner will have direct year-round access to the lake, which means they can make use of the two paddleboards that come with the house.
The 3,200-square-foot home will be awarded fully furnished and professionally landscaped as well.
The home is built by Presidential Custom Homes by Northridge and designed by Edie Riekman.
Riekman says the design starts with the flooring — a stunning mix of pale grey, taupes and creams.
It reminds the visitor of the ever-present lake visible through oversized windows on the back of the house.
Another eye-catching feature is the stairs, framed in black oak with the sandy, coloured flooring.
Upstairs the master bedroom with a luxurious ensuite again boasts the beautiful view of the lake as the dominant feature — thanks to six-foot high windows. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy, too.
