AMISH TRY SIMPLE CHANGES FOR MORE VISIBLE BUGGIES

Amish have been using grey reflective tape and kerosene lanterns on their buggies instead of coloured triangles and reflectors, which are considered too flashy. Now, they’re adding rectangles with reflective tape on the back, and reflective pipes that stick out from the wheels. Members of an especially conservative Amish group in Ohio are adding more reflective features to their black, horse-drawn buggies to increase visibility after some serious crashes.
