The new normal is everywhere

-

Heard about Harvey and his “normal” behaviour in Hollywood?

Whether it’s Hollywood, blue collar, white collar, every class and gender are subjected to it.

Incidents going back several years are spilling out like bedbugs on British Airways.

“Dirty” jokes, double entendres, lewd comments, and physical contact are considered sexually abusive.

The allegations are disturbing, even more when co-workers admit to being aware, yet remaining silent; it’s “normal?”

Is our new “normal” reality shows without “real?”

Restaurant chains whose name and business are specific to female anatomy?

Is “normal” desperate competition with other women/ men for that shot of fame and “happily ever after?” Living in a “home” with strangers tolerating indignations for viewers to soak up the “drama?”

Whether it’s a music video or a female NASCAR driver straddling her race car in a bikini for a photo op — imagine Dale Earnhardt or Jimmy Johnson doing the same.

Female Olympic volleyball players, lingerie football, cheerleaders: sex sells and buys, while money always talks. When the prey becomes the predator and is awarded millions in settlements, things may change.

We have a wealthy, self-admitted sexual predator living in the White House. Welcome to the new “normal.”
