Earlier this month, Daytona Homes opened a brand new show home in Brighton, located at 4170 Brighton Circle.

And it marks a first for the company which has been building in Western Canada for 25 years.

“Daytona Homes has built single-family homes throughout Saskatoon, however, this is our first time bringing townhomes into our Saskatoon communities. We have built townhome projects in every city we build in,” explains Daytona’s Nick Ross.

Currently, Daytona is active in the home building industry in Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg and Calgary.

“Daytona’s townhomes offer functional plan designs, two- or three-bedroom options and value-added options, such as kitchen appliance packages. Most importantly, our townhomes have no condo fees.”

According to Ross, this townhome project with functional design will appeal to a wide variety of buyers — from first-time homebuyers, new Canadians, young professionals, downsizers, to empty nesters.

Daytona shows off both floor plans in the show suite. The suites are attached on the upper level, making it easy for visitors to see both layouts fully staged.

The Acura layouts feature open living space on the main floor with a kitchen peninsula with eating bar and an island to maximize workspace.

Interior units are listed $324,900 and exterior units at $338,900.

At 1,335 square feet, there are three bedrooms upstairs with laundry room. The master bedroom also has an ensuite with tub.

The Integra layout showcases a two master-bedroom option upstairs — both with walk-in closets and ensuite. (A three-bedroom option is also available.)

The main living area also has a larger island with eating bar.

The Integra is slightly smaller at 1,245 square feet. Interior units are listed at $323,900 and exterior units at $329,900.

Both layouts have convenient walk-in pantries for lots of storage in the kitchen. Price includes GST/PST, garage, front and back landscaping, blinds throughout, quartz countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances.

The project is located in one of Saskatoon’s newest neighbourhoods — Brighton — south of Willowgrove. Once complete, this neighbourhood will be home to 15,000 residents, 82 acres of parks, 41 acres of ponds as well as office and retail space. This masterplanned community is designed to allow residents to work, play, shop and live right in Brighton.

Daytona has been building in Brighton since the beginning, but this townhome project will be the first multi-family.

Like most of Daytona Homes’ show homes this project is open for viewing seven days a week: Monday to Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m.; Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays from noon until 5 p.m. The show home is at 4170 Brighton Circle.
