The Brighton Parade of Homes opened last month and continues for two years. Nine home builders are participating in the Parade, including Ehrenburg Homes. The Ehrenburg show home, located 311 Dagnone Crescent, features the Zennenberg model.

“This has become one of our most popular models,” says Ehrenburg sales manager Daryl Quesnel. “Our open floor plan allows families to interact or makes entertaining easy as the full main floor design is an open concept.”

The floor plan boasts three ample second-storey bedrooms, a bonus room, a den on the main level and room for another bedroom and living space in the basement. Ehrenburg finished the basement in this show home with one bedroom, a bathroom and family room. There’s also an extra fridge and a sink, once again making the home a great place for entertaining or hosting family gatherings.

All that living space adds up to 2,020 square feet. The den — located just off the front entrance — offers a bit of flex in the design. It would work well as a hobby room or an office. Being so close to the front door, it would be perfect for anyone with a home-based office.

“This design has become very desirable to both young families and our move up clients,” Quesnel adds.

Homeowners will love the convenience of the mud room and walk-through pantry.

The kitchen features white quartz, grey cupboards, and laminate floors.

The palette is on trend, which keeps everything bright to expand the space.

It’s easy to imagine a family enjoying the fireplace surrounded by built-ins. The warm and cosy room will be a hit when visiting with friends. And because it’s all open to the kitchen the cook can be part of the conversation as well.

Upstairs a large bonus room will become a favourite for family movie nights or a relaxing nook for reading. It offers extra space when entertaining or simply a quiet escape when the downstairs becomes noisy.

The extra bedrooms both have a splash of personality with a feature wall in each — one with a glitter-in-fused turquoise and the other a blue and grey geometric mural.

The master bedroom is a large retreat for the homeowner and includes a walk-in closet and bright white and grey ensuite with large tiled shower.

The Zennenberg model starts at $322,400 excluding land cost and taxes. As part of the Brighton Parade of Homes the Ehrenburg show home at 311 Dagnone Crescent is open for viewing Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.; and Saturday, Sunday and holidays from noon to 5 p.m.
