The 105 offers diverse floor plans, luxurious amenities

With 14 different floor plans, ranging from 486- to 1,328-square-feet, The 105 at Stonebridge, located at 105 Willis Cres., offers condo buyers plenty of choices.

North Ridge Development Corp. has designed the multi-family project to suit every lifestyle and budget, with floor plans that include studios, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom units.

“We want clients to be able to pick the plan that’s perfect for them,” says North Ridge sales consultant Roxanne Archer.

Three adjoining show suites are open for viewing at The 105, demonstrating a variety of open concept layouts, as well as decor packages.

North Ridge has teamed up with acclaimed designer Edie Riekman to create four different colour and decor boards for The 105, reflecting the latest trends. Buyers can further personalize their residences by mixing and matching options within those four palettes or making their own choices at North Ridge’s local suppliers.

“One of the units that is nearing completion features our Grasslands decor board. The owners personalized their kitchen by opting for a green island with a glossy green tile backsplash. Customers appreciate that North Ridge lets them customize,” says North Ridge sales consultant Richard Orenchuk.

The diversity of floor plans will also help condos at The 105 maintain their value for resale, Archer adds. “If anyone ends up reselling, they’re not up against 30 of the exact same units. At The 105, every unit is unique. Buyers get to choose their own colour options and finishes. The likelihood of finding a suite that is exactly the same within the development is pretty slim.”

Buyers at The 105 also benefit from North Ridge Development’s customer service program, recognized with a national award from Avid Ratings. “Our Comprehensive Care Warranty Program is very proactive. We call our owner three times in their first year of ownership to ensure there are no warranty concerns,” says Archer.

“Even before the owner takes possession, our quality assurance team goes through and completes a 300-point inspection to ensure the homeowner’s satisfaction,” says Orenchuk.

A number of luxurious amenities add to The 105’s appeal, including an on-site fitness studio, a beautifully appointed guest suite and a hotel-style lobby with soft seating and a fireplace. The 105 Lounge is a stylish amenities room available for guests’ private functions, featuring a big-screen TV, billiards area and library. The lounge opens onto an outdoor patio, complete with barbecues and patio heaters.

A bright and spacious heated underground parkade is another perk at The 105. “There is a fully enclosed six-by-nine drywalled storage room in front of each parking stall, ideal for storing seasonal items,” says Orenchuk.

The 105 is ideally located, overlooking one of the neighbourhood’s most popular parks. “There aren’t many condos in the city that have the green space around them that this one does. There are nice views from every unit in the building,” says Archer.

Stonebridge has proven to be a very popular subdivision, she adds. “There’s such great access to downtown, the university and other areas of the city. And there are so many shops and stores now open in Stonebridge that are close at hand.”

The first residents at The 105 will begin taking possession of their condos in early January.

“We also have a number of available suites that are nearing completion for buyers who want to start the new year in a new home,” says Archer.

Show suites at The 105 at Stonebridge are open for viewing seven days a week: Mondays through Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. For further details, visit www. northridge.sk.ca.
